Commissioned to create three entertainment pieces during the awards ceremony. A focus for us was on the creation of the graphics for the giant 20 metre-wide screen that used 7 projectors.
In the opening show, the performers manipulate digital-information style graphics across the width of the screen passing information between each other. This becomes more fully formed until it becomes blueprints of appliance products such as cameras and televisions. This gets passed along the screen like a production line and a critical mass of products are creted.
Later in the evening the dancers performed a fast choreographed dance routine.
Later still, as a humourous ending, the dancers - now in all different coloured costumes have a pac-man arcade game style fight in a graphical tunnel on the stage, and a chase scene through the audience. Whilst in the audience, the screens present an overhead stlye display of the action.
